Scheduled posts can be edited or cancelled from the Queue. Once in the queue, simply locate and select the post within the queue to bring it up in the preview window on the right hand side. Under the preview you will see your options to edit or cancel your post. Please be aware that cancelling your post here will delete any changes you have made and will delete the post completely if you have scheduled a one off post rather than a post from your recurring posts.
If you want to change any details within the post, this can all be done by clicking the edit button.
